Return and Exchange Policy

Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange for their products under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Size: The item received does not match the size that was ordered.
2. Defective Item: The item received has any defect or damage.
3. Color Discrepancy: The color of the item received does not match the color shown in the product photo.
4. Return Timeframe: The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange within the 7-day period.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
4. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be covered if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size, defective item). For other returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
